2023 Vendor Information

Dear Potential Exhibitor: 

The Illinois Coordinating Body (ILCB) of the Association of Diabetes Care and Education Specialists (ADCES) is looking forward to the 9th Annual Diabetes Symposium: Never Stop Exploring: Celebrating 50 Years of Diabetes Care and Education. This year we are back with a live event and celebrating ADCES’s 50th Anniversary!  We will provide 6.0 CEUs and our targeted audience is approximately 150 diabetes care and education specialists (DCES) and health care professionals.  

Our program will be held at the Illinois State University Alumni Center, 1101 N. Main Street, Normal, IL on Thursday, November 2, 2023 from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM CT. 

We invite you to exhibit your cardiometabolic health related product(s) during this program.  Vendors are welcome to set up from 7:00-7:30 AM.  The vendor time for attendees will be from start at 7:30 AM followed by mid-morning and lunch break vendor times.  Additionally, a special time allotment is scheduled before lunch for exhibitors to join attendees in the education session room and briefly introduce themselves and state what they are showcasing. Conference registration begins at 7:30 am with the Opening Session starting at 7:50 am.  Exhibit space is separate from the room where the educational sessions are being offered.

$750- Early registration, ends October 1

$1000- October 1 -October 15

$1200- Late registration- October 16 - October 26. No registration after this date. 

Your participation will be confirmed after we have received registration information and payment.  Registration and payment will be accepted (via credit card) online at https://www.diabeteseducator.org/event/ILCBNOV23

Credit card payment is preferred at time of registration. If your company requires you to submit a check, the please make check payable to ADCES Illinois and mail it to:

The exhibitors will be recognized in the Symposium emails and literature shared with ADCES members and non-members before and after the sessions.
